Just bought a IPEdge EC and I am at 1.2.0-07 and I want to know if I need to upgrade
this system is connected to a CIX670 and will use a lot of feature of the IPedge system.
Anyone have a release notes of the version ?

I believe the latest is(GCP 1.5.14-1) (TGZ 1.5.1.11)
and I would upgrade to the latest. The documentation is online at Toshiba FYI.
