i don't understand where is your problem otherwise
if you try to run the IP phone on the same network or over VPN or SHDSL dont need to make ports forward on your firewall and used port 5080 on the phone
if you try to run IP phone over internet on the remote site by NAT Transversal feature you need following below
PRG10-12-07 = Static public IP address (systemside). PRG10-46-14 = On PRG10-58-01 = Network address and Subnet mask ofDT700 LAN terminal via local router (if connected).
Port forwarding systemside On the router connected to the SV8100 network, forward port UDP/5080 and UDP/5081 to the IPLA IP address in PRG10-12-09. Also forward the RTP ports (UDP/10020 - 10051) to the first VoIP gateway address in PRG84-26. More entries may be required depending on the configuration and ifNetLink is used.
Port forwarding handset side
On the router connected to the handset network, forward port UDP/5060 to the IP address of the handset. Also forward port UDP/3462 to the IP address of the handset.

Also make sure in the phone you DONT use the standard IP settings to set it up. Somewhere in advanced features or something of the phone's admin menu is a seperate menu for when using NAPT. You have to put in the public IP addresses of you SIP server (SV8100) and DRS etc in there instead. I often forget this and takes me a while to remember why the phone won't register...
- Now you can go out and "get the big bucks."

FYI, you need to upgrade system software to 8. Its free and NEC doesn't like giving support to older software versions.
