We are getting this message on the phones.
DATA LOCKED FW-456-000- 04A

If someone is on the phone, and another user hangs up, it hangs up all the calls, and the above message is displayed. I have seen the data locked on the EP phones, but not like this.

They have complained of power issues due to storms in the area.

Have you looked at the status logs? You could invoke Black Box and email me the file.

Does the data lock come on all phones? Doe sit then go over or do you have to reset the system?

I turned on black box last night. I will pull the file this morning.

The data lock goes away after all the calls are dropped according to the customer. Going out today to check it out.

What is happeing i:

Put a call on park or hold, then pick up at another phone, it drops the call and all phones have the data locked message

I ended up master clearing mode 3, and then restored a database from Dec 2012. All is well now. The power issues must have corrupted the database.
