I am trying to set up call forwarding/all/outside. Created a button, set up to forward all, CO group 90. If I dial the extension internally it works fine. If I dial the extension from the AA I hear the message the call is being rerouted, a line button lights then goes off and the call is transferred back to the AA. The manual says it should reroute calls from the AA.

As far as I can tell it is. In he AA config under actions I have 3 set for UTRF and XXX for routing. Their extension are all default 3 digits beginning with 3. I did try assigning 9 to UTRF and 313 which is the extension with the RCF and it behaved the same.

Are you using a PRI by chance? I experienced this with a PRI and found that both the system and the carrier had to allow tandem calls for it to work. We also had a similar problem when the ANI and/or outbound caller ID is not set correctly.

Changing the trunks to tandem fixed it.
