I have a client that has a Samsung DCS compact system at a secondary location with an external Comdial Key Voice Debut AA/VM. We need to change the greetings on this system. The greetings do not seem to be in routing boxes 800, 801 or 821. I cannot access the tech level password (tried default: XXXXXXX) to determine the routing box the active greetings are in. Is there a back-door password that would allow me in via touch tone? Also, is there remote software available for local connection from a laptop? The manual references something on 2 floppy disks, but the end user doesn't have them. The original company which installed the system is out of business.

There is no back door password to remote access.
There is the factory software for database administration via laptop. You would need that to reset the password. It is discontinued but if you are a Vertical dealer I believe it is still available from the dealer download area.
