Really could use some help here.
How do I set up an SVMi 8E so when a call is transferred to a mail box (using a VT549 button) that it goes straight to the user's personal greeting?? Right now, when the Receptionist transfers to to an extension's mail box it plays a message the says "I'm sorry that Party is not available, to transfer to different extension enter it now. To leave a message press 1..."
Just want the caller to go straight to the mail box.

Add an entry for the mailbox number to goto the mailbox in the forward station and/or forward trunk menu's

You can delete those prompts from that users eclass block to get rid of them.
