I have a Valcom 5100 phone system and using ADix admin phones. (IX-12KTD-2). Three of the multipurpose buttons were previously setup to do all calls to 3 differetn page groups. We upgraded our system to 5100 with enhanced features. The call groups use to be #12(for example) and now the multipurpose buttons need to call #112. I do not know how to reprogram these buttons and can not find it any of the manuals.

Your best bet in this case is to get the vendor that upgraded your system make the necessary programming changes to reflect the new access codes you're using.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
