I was sent on the mission to help a customer with a voice mail issue. It looks like someone has changed the default password of the admin mailbox. Where this is far from the system's I work on every day I need a little guidance. I an positive we have what was the password from the manufacturer and we are not asking for any passwords so, not asking anyone to break the rules. I did hear of maybe some software to use the 232 port and maybe default it?

MVSpeed, Looks as if youre pretty active and helpful in other forums here on the board. I'll shoot you over a PM with a solution.
