I have a BCM400 system and had a request to see if a couple things are possible.
1. Is it possible to program a transfer button to automatically transfer the call to a specific phone number when pressed? Another option may be to transfer to a global speed dial number.
2. I currenly have an auto attendant that answers when our main number is dialed. Is it possible to create a second auto attendant for a specific customer with multiple transfer options? In other words, we want a number that is different from our main company number that will have a completely different greeting with a menu of transfer options. If this is possibe, what is the easiest way to set it up? Thanks in advance for the help.

Issue 1: You will not be able to just use one button to do it all. But set up one button for external autodial and program the number to call - include any routing or long distance dialing if needed. Then when you receive a call and want to transfer hit the transfer button(or feature) and then press this autodial button.
Issue 2: Yes you can create a second AA to pick up a different line than your other AA is answering.
Best bet would be to call in a trained technician to get you started.
