I HAVE PROGRAMMED SOME KEYS FOR ACD ON DIGITAL PHONE AND THEY ARE NOT LIGHTING UP WHEN LOGGED IN OR UNAVAILABLE. STRATA 670 DKT 2010 PHONE - THE USER IS LOGGED IN TO ACD AND UNAVAIL BUT NO LIGHTS. ANY IDEAS???

Not sure if this is the issue, but have you sync'd the keysets in the ACD since you programmed the phone?

That is correct, you have to make sure that all of your keysets have been synched with the LVL2OAI program including setting the keyset type.
