Has anyone tried using a Plantronics Cordless Lifter on an X16?

Once, but had to use the Extension arm. No problems reported and that's over a year ago...

Thanks Dave. It looks like the angle of the phone, even at its lowest, and the clip that secures the handset in place when hung up might interfere with the lifter operation. It looks like the clip is in permanently. How does the extension arm help?

I can't remember, but if I get time tomorrow, I'll set one up here at the office (to refresh the old brain of mine)

*** Bump ***

I'm playing with one now. I have a sale if this holds.

With the lifter and phone pedestal in their lowest position, I positioned the extender arm and stabilizers to raise the handset 1/4" to make the transmitter touch the plastic ridge. The handset clip doesn't catch the handset and it is working great!
