Has anyone connected a OS7200-S to a 3rd party IVR using a TEPRIa card? We have a customer using analog ports to the IVR now - no problem. They are limited to 8 ports. The IVR will support PRI. Does the OS7200-S? Samsung Tech Support kid didn't know what an IVR was!!!!

Yes I done a few ivrs on pri never had a problem with then just plug and play

Thanks for the response. This system answers calls with the SVMI auto attendant. The user is given a single digit to transfer to the station group with the single line IVR ports. The TEPRIa will be using a trunk group. How do you direct calls a trunks thru an auto attend? Virtual number?

Use a dial block in the voicemail and setup LCR table to route the call to the PRI trunk group.

Dial Block dials 9 (LCR) plus IVR trunk group number - say 810. MMC710 - 810 is sent to route 3. Route 3 is directed to IVR PRI trunk group 810. That about right?

Yes. You will have to get with the IVR company and find out how many digits they are expecting. They should be able to tell you what number to send to them. Put that in the dial block and the lcr table pointed at your trunk group with the pri in it.
