I have a phone working off the network. I have an 128 IPLA card and most of the time there is one way audio. The IP phone can hear fine but the outside line or the Local LAN ext can not hear from the IP Phone. Then other times the call will go through fine.Any Ideas

The answer may be in you DSP's. Do you have a new IPLB card? It can be easier because you only need one IP for your DSP's.
