Hopefully someone can help. We installed without few issues a UC560 system in December. We have 2 distinct paging areas. The main offices (which are all SPA504 handsets), and the warehouse, which is a couple of 504 handsets and an overhead speaker powered by a PageProIP. Both of these paging groups are working through a 4-digit dial, no problem.
However, one of our initiatives for this year is evac and emergency paging, where we will be notified to take shelter or to report to the evac area. I can not add phones to multiple paging group, so as it sits, the person calling the page has to do it twice, once for each system.
Is there any way possible with the UC560 to create a 3rd paging groups, that uses the other two paging groups as its destination?
Thanks for any help or advice! Jeff

Yes, fork your call using the voice hunt-group feature with the parallel key word set. Add your existing paging DN numbers as the list. https://www.ketchumits.com
