It's most likely setup as a Pilot DN. Go to Station --> Pilot DN and check there.

Well you're most likely not going to find the Hotline number anywhere in eManager. It's probably setup with your carrier as a Toll Free Number that rings to a DID on your system. Therefore, you need to find out what the ring-to DID is and search for that in eManager. From there you should be able to adjust the destination extension.

Yes I was looking for the hotline number in DID table instead of the ext it was set to ring to. Thanks for helping me solve both issues that I posted on! You rock.

Im still getting hung up on this, I have another hotline that is setup with a DID and ext 3300. I found the DID number associated with that ext but I dont understand why there is no listing of the outside number anywhere. It is setup as dialing digits with the ext 3300. Shouldnt there be some admin page that tells me the 0243 DID is connected with this outside line? What if we got a new hotline? How would I change that to work with same DID?
Just trying to get better understanding so thanks for any help.

Huh? A DID is a 10 digit number such as 432-576-8032, The DID that is pass from the LEC or CLEC (phone company) will be the last four digits 8032. No table shows all ten digits.
So, when 432-576-8032 rings in, the Toshiba DID table says to ring extension 3300 because 8032 is associated with 3300. Only the digits 8032 are used to send the call to 3300, not the full ten digits, the full external number.
If you got another 4 digit number, 5648 for example, you would create an individual table for 5648 and set it to ring at 3300 or any other extension you wanted.
More clear?

Simon - Please complete your profile. This assists us in helping you.
Calls are routed by the DNIS digits. They can be 4, 7 or 10 digits long, depending on what the provider is sending. That number is defined in the ILG. Under TRUNK/DID you would define the DNIS number and it's destination extension.
I can appreciate that you are learning to maintain your system yourself. However, the basic purpose of this public forum is to assist end users when they have problems with topics generally found in the User Guide.
I know we tend to get involved deeper with programming and such, because we want to help.
It sounds like you have a pretty good sized system. I think you would benefit from calling in a certified Toshiba technician. They can help with your current issue and train you on Emanager and specifics about your system. It would be a couple hundred dollars well spent. And you would have a technician you could rely on if more serious issues arise such as hardware failures.
