Are you using an IPLA or IPLB & what size? How many ip's do you have in 84-26?

Check the remote router. You are losing UDP packets somewhere on the connection. Just DMZ quickly on the remote phone to see if it goes away, then look at your ports.

DMZ the Remote end and still had the problem. I guess it has to be the 84-26 ports on the switch side. This is what I asked the IT dept to forward.
5080 to 5081 UPD to 10.50.1.61 10021 to 10051, UPD to 10.50.1.62 10052 to 10083 UPD to 10.50.1.63 10084 to 10115 UPD to 10.50.1.64 10116 to 10147 UPD to 10.50.1.65 10148 to 10179 UPD to 10.50.1.66 10180 to 10211 UPD to 10.50.1.67 10212 to 10243 UPD to 10.50.1.68 10241 to 10271 UPD to 10.50.1.69
Is this correct

Tony,
We had the exact same issue last year with one of our customers, I will do some digging to find out what the fix was, I'm 95 percent sure it was at the remote site. But you need to confirm none of the address used for the IPLA resources is not used by some other device.
