I had a technician install a NEC 4 port Digital Call Logger for a customer behind InACD with the VSR Manager for tracking and listening to the calls.

780325 LKS-IP DIGITAL-Manager Port-1
Now the customer is calling saying when they launch the VSR Manager (Playback feaure of the recorder) you get a message in the playback area that says Unlicensed-Replay limited to 30s.
Does anybody know how to get the playback to allow the entire message to be heard?

You must have the USB dongle to allow you to listen with their software.

Yes, it comes with the manager software as a bundle.
