Instructions can be found in SBX Voicemail QRC on Vconnect.
Basically once you get to station MB press * and enter PW, or program silent mailbox owner option on AA.

You cannot retrieve messages remotely without a mailbox password...so set one of those first.

We have a customer that has all its calls front ended by the auto attendant on an SBX IP320. Last 4 or 5 months we have had complaints of people dialing and extension off the auto attendant and the call going to a different extension. We worked on changing several settings in Nation Specific, RX Gain with no success. Tech support suggested defaulting the voice mail on the slim chance of some sort of corruption which we did, no change. The customer is on Verizon copper dial tones which we tested and they were a little hot on the line voltage side. We advised the customer to consider going to a cable carrier, which they are going to do, install on 6/4. Has anyone else out there experienced this issue and did the new lines solve? Thanks
