Hi Everyone, Here it goes my first post... At my company, when I need to set up a message like "Welcome to 'support'. Please hold the line while we put you in contact with one of our operators", I usually get one of our female agents to record this, change the format to .wav, and then upload it into the IVR configuration. I would like to know if any of you could suggest me a software (free if possible or cheap...) good enough to read a text in English, German, French and Spanish, that will pop up when a client calls. I have researched in the internet, but all of them are very robotic voices. I'll need something more real. Any ideas?
