So I haven't talked to Samsung but does anyone know the deal on why the Voice Studio / Prompt upload no workie?
We have to take our music on hold .wav file, convert it to a .726 file and transfer it to the SD card via an SD card reader because the upload no longer works with v4.65
Does anyone know what the deal is?
(If anyone wants our .726 MOH file, just PM me and I'll email it to you)

I haven't put 4.65 or 4.70 on a smaller system yet.
But I do know that you can't access the media card unless your ip range has been added to the management ip white list.
Also 4.65 is obsolete, korea changed it to 4.70 due to issues with SD cards

Tech support is sending me the new DM 4.70 (but not 4.70 system software) - NUTS!
Oder sollte sage ich, ,,Nuß"!
They say it's a problem with v4.65 Device Manager...
