In need to how the emanager sets its clock?
It it getting from the host computer or the phone system itslef.
Every now and then the time in the emanager is off by 3 to 4 secs. All the stations in our organization showing the wrong time, and lots of confusionfor us.

When I manaully go to the emanager and modify time in the date and time section the phone clock will change for a while when it will go off synch.
The Equiptment type is: CIX670
Emanager: V5.20B21

I think the bigger issue might be why the system clock is not keeping it's time.

The clock is built into the processor of the CIX has nothing to do with emanager. You can set it from any phone as well.

Might want to make sure the CIX software is up to date and maybe think about replacing the battery on the processor. Keep in mind though that you will have to back up and restore the system to change the battery.
