I was called out to change the ringing on a Nortel BCM50 yesterday. The original company is long gone and they were hoping I could help as I've worked on a lot of Meridians. This is a tennant service situation but I've done work for both. I tried the normal userid and PW I have used on all other norstar systems but it comes up access denied on most phones. 1 phone asks twice before it denies me.
Can anyone help me find a way in?
Thank You

THANK YOU ckarabaich24 for the PM. That was the key I needed and both sides of the tennant service are happy now.
