We have sales people that are out of the office often and either transfer their phones directly to their cell phone or we have setup their desk phone to roll to their cell phone instead of voice mail.
The problem is that when the incoming call is from an outside line, the call coming to their cell phone just shows the primary number for the location on their caller ID, and not the ID of that actual caller. This isn't the case on calls originating from an extension on the system. We have setup program 322 so that every DN passes its own 7-digit DID as the caller ID.
Is there anywhere to program the system to forward the incoming caller ID to the forwarded call?

Only DID calls ringing directly to the call-forwarded station will pass the caller-id info. If the call is first answered by anyone in the office or by the voice mail and then transferred to the call-forwarded station, the caller id will not be passed on.

when we have set this up here in the uk if you make a call from the phone it will send the ddi of that phone or whatever you have set it to send but if you do a call forward ext then it has only ever showed the ddi of the main number of the isdn2 or 30. when we asked tosh about this they said as the call never really hits the phonei its just the proccessor card turning a call around it will only ever show the main ddi of the lines

I was afraid that was the case as I could not find any way to get it working myself.
Thanks for the input guys!
