On one of our sites they have a number of DT300 12 key phones, on one phone when you press the speaker button the key lights up, the display changes to the in call display but no volume is heard on the speaker.
Pressing the round navigation button with the speaker button lit increases the handset volume but not the speaker volume.
Swapped phones and the problem stays with the port and not the phone.
Faulty port or user tinkering?

Look at the code you have in 11-11-65. Seems you have the speaker key turned on to act as headset operation.

unfortunately i have the same problem although i have made upgrade for the system and changed the CD-8DLC card the problem still appears
