JBRAM Member Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 38 Georgia	I have a customer that has a CICS with T7316E phones and he needs to be able to turn the volume up more than is available on the phone itself. Any of you out there have any experience or ideas for a solution for this guy? We are considering trying a headset and turning the volume up, but he was hoping for a handset. Thanks in advance.
