We have a CTX100 and a TIS16 (series 2) voicemail card. I have set the TIS in open mode, however the auto attendant will not pickup. I am ideally looking to have the auto attendant pickup up after 4 rings. What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

I am not familiar with the "TIS", but on any CIX system where we want the auto attendant answer after a delay we use a multi-call group. The COs are DITed to the MGC pilot number where the ringing stations are listed and the pilot number for the VM starts ringing after a delay.

The auto attendant hasn't worked in the past. This was an old system, I am trying to help them on. It had a bad voicemail card, that one of the other members helped me diagnosis and switch out, but still fighting with the auto attendant
