Simple yes or no question: On a CS-1000 (7.5 release), does anyone know if I can have the PBX spitting out ACD queue call reporting on 2 separate TTY ports? I've been trying to troubleshoot some call reporting software and was wanting to troubleshoot it by throwing another computer on it just getting the raw output out of another port just to see if it is at least getting sent. Thanks in advance for any info!

The first thing is in LD 17 you must tell the TTY it is an ACD printer, then go to LD 23 and your going to do a change in the scb block. The prompt is PRIO, just add the TTY there
