i have a set7324 with a cap module that for the 2nd time its lost all programing on it anyone ever had this issue or what should i look for

Can I assume that the phone is ok and just the CAP unit lost its memory?
You need to replace the Capacitor in the CAP unit - or replace the unit with a new one with a good capacitor.

Had that once and only needed to unplug the phone, then reconnect (Resets). Maybe I was just lucky...

i tried that didnt work replaced it ok now but is there any way to do set copy from another set with cap instead of redoing all buttons i tried copy set and data it didnt do anything keep in mind these cap modules are not assigned in programing cause i have too many in the building
