All great suggestions. If all else fails do this. Unplug all 25 pair cables for the digital extensions. Then plug in just a 25 pair with just port 10 on a test jack. Then try it. I have seen a bad digital port cause exactly what you are seeing. Took a while to figure it out.

First 4 of key 2128 Serial Ports of DSU II all work (per tech tip). I have seen a bad digital port cause exactly what you are seeing. Took a while to figure it out. Just to be sure - you're saying a bad digital port could be causing a serial integration issue on an analog voice mail? I've a couple of Debuts that are starting to look like a possible solution.

That is exactly what I am saying. Disconnect all 25 pair cables going to ksu. Make up a temp cable to give you the voicemail ports and extension 10. Then test. If works then you know one extension is casuing your problem.
