I have a customer who has a PRI from Midcontinent Communications. The customer has had some intermittent problems dialing certain toll free numbers. Most toll free numbers go through just fine but a few (mostly AT&T) have issues and the caller gets a recording. Midcontinent says that they are receiving the outgoing caller id from our Hipath 3750 in an international format and and that is causing the problem in their equipment. This has been working fine for years and when they call me I receive the caller id correctly when they dial my toll free number. My question is...is there a way to toggle the outgoing caller id on a PRI to display for International or for North American number plan? Thanks
