Does any one know how to program an Inter-tel Axxess system to allow you to push 1 and by-pass the VM message?
Thanks,
Wayne

I don't know how to set it to 1 but if you press # you can skip the vm message.

Hi Wayne. Welcome to the board! kota is right on. The pound sign (#) will roll you past the traditional VM message going to a regular VM box. Now if you're talking about a call routing message then you would set up the Number 1 in Digit Translation. If you just really have a burning need to change the default digits from # to 1 we can talk about it, but I very much discourage people from changing codes etc. It can lead to many other issues.

I will inform my users to use the # key instead of 1 to skip VM messages. This forum has been very useful for me while trying to learn this Inter-tel system. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the help.
