I have one station that recieves camp-on indications while in DND. I can't find this flag anywhere. I even duplicated the station and it still doesn't work on the new station. How do I get all of my stations to recieve a camp on indication while in DND? Camp on works fine when they are on a call or anything else but DND.

If a station has no System Forwarding path for DND, then a call to that station should camp on. The other possibility is that this station is getting calls from a hunt group that has 'Send Camp-On Notifications to Members in DND' turned on. You must have an Axxess w/ 9.1 or above or a 5000 on 1.2 or above for this feature.

This is camp on from a hunt group. It is version 5.2F9, surprisingly, and one station is doing it. We will be upgrading to version 9 in about a month anyway. Odd though how one station is doing it out of 32.

Are all these stations members of the hunt group?

Yes. It is an ACD hunt group however, so agents can log in / out as needed. This one station/agent does receive camp on queue indications for the queues that she is logged into while she is on DND. It would be great if the rest of the phones did this, but I can wait for version 9. Like I said, it is very odd. Any ideas why it would be doing this?

Nope, shes not. The stations that are supervisors don't get them while in DND either.

maybe there is a software pointer hung. Create a dummy number, after that's done delete the current number, change the dummy number to the correct number. You have now assigned the good extension to a new logical. See if that works. Sometimes just a delete and re-build will not work

Yes, and sometimes the Axxess just needs a reset.
