Auto attndt...all settings verified.
Had a long chat with tech support.
Still nothing.
Planning to replace the CO cards.
Would like to avoid that!

Any ideas?

POTS lines? Can you hear the Caller ID coming in with your buttset?

What makes you think its the trunk card? Most of the time if your settings are good its a provider issue.

Is caller ID enabled in 20-05-02 it should be on by default

Also check 14-02-10 for each trunk. the default is off.

And most importantly check that the caller ID is working going IN to the system, Even if it means bringing in a caller ID capable phone from home.

Check your CID log to make sure you are getting the CID. Also check your incoming COS settings to make sure it's flagged on.

Caller ID works with a butt set.
All programming settings are correct.

I have a new SL hooked up right now.
At our office CID comes through fine.
Here, NO CALLER ID INFO.

We brought their old IPK II & tested it.
CID works.

Also hooked up a DSX...
SL1100 & DSX will NOT get the CID info.

I'm currently sitting onsite waiting for "tech support".
They are expecting our call to do a "DEBUG".

Don't know what else to try.
Spending way too much time on this.

Why would they change from an IPKII to an SL1100? Voicemail issues?

I assume that PRG 14.02.16 is set to FSK on all the trunks..
As you seem to be going to a AA is 14.01.22 "CLID to Voicemail" set??
It does seem odd..

Have your tried DIL a line to a phone and see if it displays that way? Takes VM out of the loop.

Yes, I DIL'ed to a phone...no VM involved.
Same result.

Tech support wants us to run new wires to the demarc.
And....do all kinds of electrical testing.

The carrier is Windstream.
