Can a customer on this system switch prerecorded auto attendant messages by using an admin phone? This telephone system will be programmed for a church with Easter, Lent, Christmas, etc. greetings.

Absolutely. You can swap greetings via the admin mailbox.

Well, I know that you can re-record by dialing 9 from the main menu and 3 for recording options, but I cant find swapping to where you play one recording instead of another during special occasions.

9, 3, 2 instead of 9, 3, 1. You'll be prompted for the application number and be able to select the day or night greeting. It's clearly spelled out in the admin guide.
