fitted 20 IP phones to a 7400 with about 150 digital phones on it and the customer is saying that when they dial out it seems to misdial( only on the IP phones) the odd time and they dont get connected.I tried it and it does seem to happen its not misdialing digits it just seems to miss a digit or two as the call wont connect
the phones are set to overlap dialing and are on ver 1.37
Any ideas ??

I have seen this on SMT-i5220's, it mainly happened to me when dialling mobile numbers on sip trunks.

It looks to have been fixed the latest 4.70 software and corresponding ip phone firmware (1.41 for the 5210's)
