How do you allow for multiple calls to a SIP set? I am familiar with the digital systems and having an issue with this. I have a 5000i-8 and want to be able to get a second call to it along with call coverage from the other 5000i sets.

Problem is you can not have multiple call appearance buttons and a line appearance button to monitor extension calls. I figured out I would have 3 call appearance buttons on a set and if the user did not answer them, due to being busy or not around. I send them to an AA for the extension. They can then choose to leave a voice mail or press 1 to go to a hunt group where the others can get the call. Little cheesy but should do the job.

Hi,

For that you can use the call routing in viewpoint. Works great. Once setup will work even if viewpoint is not open and running
