Hello everyone,
we just bought a new expansion card of RCOU v1A+RCOS v1A and trying to connect it to DK40(DKSUB40A)with the extension board on slot 6(code 17). is it hard to configure this board? i have run program 03, 91-2, and restart the system to no avail. i reinitialise the system and do it again, same thing happen. even worse i lost the station ability to see others on the second row of the phone(it used to show me whos on the line). if anybody can give me a hand here it will be greatly appreciated, thank you very much for your time looking at my trouble and have a nice day.

Well when you initialized the system you lost all station progrmming. Are you sure you received a good card?

Your talking slot 6 labeled in the expansion cabinet but in a 40i book thats slot 17 for programming purposes.
I dont have a 40 book but give it a shot.
The card code is also 17
So its spkr 17-17 hold

@ssphone i bought the card from ebay which said that it was pulled from a working environment. but i will make sure that i got the good card. thanks
@ken yesi did that, i even move it to different slot and put in the code 17, run program 03, program 91-2 but still the same. thanks

Update:.. apparently DK40 cannot except code 17. when i took out the daughter board and change to code 11, i got the extra 4 lines.
Now the only problem is to figure out flexible buttons assigntments. thank a lot guys
