We have a Telrad Ipex2 with sw version 3.13. Wanting to know if there is a way to use the Call Log feature on our phones to call from the softkeys on the screens of our Telrad Avanti 3025 and 3015 stations. Normally when dialing out, we press 9 to grab an available trunk line. When we try to call back an incoming call using the soft keys on our stations we get a busy signal. I assume this has to do with our normal dial plan of having pressing 9 to grab an available trunk to dial out. Is there a way to make this work within eManager?

Do you know if the dial 9 is using LCR or is it set just to be the trunk group?

try application external route. But I would suggest setting up LCR first and using it as the route.
