Can anyone offer any advice on a user with a KXDT343/346 phone that the message light is apparently will not extinguish?
I am new to Panasonic and in the middle of a training, but have a burning issue.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The VM light will light up if you have a voicemail message or someone set a message callback. Press the message button under the * key on the dial and see where/who it came from. Under the display one of the soft keys gives the user a option to cancel the callback.
