Using a Samsung OfficeServ 7100. When transferring a call to an extension, it does not automatically drop the call into the extension's voicemail. Instead the incoming caller hears "I'm sorry the call was not answered. To transfer to a different a extension press (forgot the #), to leave the person a voicemail press 1." If the caller doesn't press anything then the call will then auto drop into the voicemail. On other extensions incoming callers don't here the "I'm sorry the call was not answered" prompt. Is there a setting in the MMC or the voicemail that I can change to bypass this "I'm sorry prompt?"

They are dropping to the voicemail box. What you haven't done is record the greeting probably the no answer greeting. If you look at the easy setup there are 5 steps. One is the mailbox greeting, the other is the no answer greeting. What you are hearing is the system default because the greeting is not recorded.
