I've got a customer, STS with Flash In-skin VM.
Magically, the default password for accessing system programming by telephone no longer works.
Coincidentally, the password for the Flash VM also doesn't work.
The system is kept in a locked closet, so I doubt anyone fooled with it.
The customer was "into" doing some system programming on her own. But VM password ?
I tried resetting the system, no joy. I tried resetting the VM, no joy. I REALLY hate to re-init the entire system and VM.
Anyone have a clue ?

If you don't know the password for the phone system you can reinitialize it...for the voice mail you are out of luck if the pc admin password is gone. To reset the admin mailbox password for box 00 you will need to reinitialize the voice mail as well.
