I have a axxess 9 system with 4500 phones. We just noticed that an ic to ic call rings only and does not transfer to voicemail unless you press the msg button. I cannot remember if this has always been the case and dont' think our end users have noticed but I'd like to know how to change it so it will ring after so many seconds.

We have system forwarding on and I've monkeyed around the timers and limits/system forward initiate and advance with no change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have the default settings. If you check under system fowarding for the station, you'll want to put a checkmark in (yes) for
IC calls.
This should be under system > devices and feature codes > stations > xxxx (station) > system fowarding paths > 1 (Fowarding path)
