Expanding a system that currently has 28D phones with line appearances on all the sets.
The expansion are iDCS 8D Falcon phone sets. We dont want line appearances, but want 'Dial 9' for outside line. Can't seem to find the right MMC to program.
Also we may want to add Auth Codes for outside lines at a later time to these 8D sets... What needs to be done for that?
If there is an emergency, can dialing 9-911 exempt the need for Auth Code?
