I have a Toshiba 280 with a DK Voicemail. One ext 203 that has line 8 ringing only on that ext. They customer wants it to foward to voicemail after 5-6 rings. I did the 603 forward but the direct line just keeps ringing at the phone and does not ring to vmail? Any help is appreciated.

I was able to get it to go to voicemail after 6 rings but it only goes to the main greeting? How can I get to go to ext 203 box?
