Inter-Tel Axxess 10.03
We have several voicemail accounts set up for service group/Hunt Group remote notifications. When a message is left it fires off an email to that service group and then call though cascades until the message is picked up.
All has been working for years, but the past few weeks the cascades beyond the first quit working, only calls the first cascade once, then quits.
Have done a DB Test repair and reload, no help. Any ideas?
System CPS is about 13 years old, a 'beta', so I'm told.
I think it has termites and/or Alzheimer's myself.

I would delete and re-create one of the mailboxes and see what happens.

We tried that, no relief, same issue recurs after a call or two.
Our local Mitel vendor suspects some kind of deep system corruption - but offers no relief. Since we are paying for the service I can't figure out why they just don't replace the box.
