We have an issue that has just come up. A person in our office had a alternate vacation greeting on their phone while they were out. They came back today and selected their primary greeting again on their phone. If they get a phone call via DID the caller hears the primary message. If the caller calls into our main phone number and is transferred to his extension via auto-attendant they still get his alternate vacation message. I have logged into the system and it shows that his primary greeting is selected and we have tried resetting his voicemail again on his phone and it is still not working. I called our phone tech and he has never heard of a problem like this and has no solution. Any ideas?

Listen to his name recording. I'll bet that's where he recorded the "alternate" greeting.
You would hear it via the Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt on a transferred call, but not a DID call.

Thanks so much - that is what he did! I would have never thought to check there!
