trying to get this to work on a AVAYA Guestworks. I was told by Synectix to use mode code. I was using mode code on the old innline vm that is no longer working. they told me that i needed to use
#00 to #01 and I have tried that and also 1-4 like it was before but all I get is the main AA greeting when trasfered to guest room or a admin mailbox. I confirmed the room mailbox was checked in.
