Can an intertel 5000 do this: The Customers PBX will need to be able to: (NOT ALL PBXs CAN DO THIS) 1.Insert a pause of at least 1 second after the 1620 is sent. 2.If the lines are ISDN, the PBX will need to switch to the B channel after sending the 1620 down the D channel.
Customer ext. 220 dials 02073319081… PBX dials 1620….down the signalling channel, followed by 1 sec pause…, then PBX switches to voice channel and dials 220 (3-digit ext. code)… followed by the full STD code & number…… 02073319081 Thanks in advance.
