Inter-tel Axxess 11.0.
We have a phone that will not ring or will ring, but very softly.
Switched phones - no good.
Replaced with new phone - no good.
Tried to increase volume while phone was ringing - no good.
Tried copy /paste from good extension - no good.
Any other ideas?

This problem has been fixed by using feature codes to turn ringer back on.
