Hi gang....been a gazillion years since I tried to set up a ring group on a D-1232. Put 5 extensions in Ext. grp.2. Set Grp.2 to Ring. Floating number should be 192. Want to give receptionist a DSS button for transfer to this group, or if IRNA to auto attendant, single digit dial to Ext.192.. When I try to extension dial to 192 I get reorder tone. What am I missing?? I know I can do it by phantom extension, but not sure that will IRNA to a mail box if group members don't answer. Ideas???
Tanks....

Can't set floating extension as a DSS need to set it as a one touch button or speed dial button

Program 99
touch button
dial 2
dial 192
autodial/store

Won't get a DSS light but will be able to dial it with that button
